Both arrangements are possible. Many operators prefer to use their own site team for installation while we supply the sensor plan, mounting schedule, wiring drawings and commissioning baselines. Where a site does not have that capacity, we work alongside a trusted installation contractor under our design. In every case the design and the reasoning behind each channel are documented, so the responsibility for how the system is read does not depend on who held the spanner.

Yes, and this is a common starting point. We begin with an audit of what is installed, what it measures and whether the channels still answer the questions the site now cares about. Some sensors can be reused, some need remounting or recalibration, and some need replacing. We then stabilise the archive so the historical record is preserved while the new design is brought in, rather than losing the past in the transition.

It depends on the scale of the site and the readiness of the structure or machinery for instrumentation. A focused engagement on a single machine train or a limited structural area can move from survey to commissioned baseline within a few weeks. Broader facility programmes run longer because the survey, the schedule and the commissioning each take real time on site.
